All of the hotels in the list below are within 20 minutes of Kempenski. Ground transportation shuttles will be provided to move from the hotels to the conference and return. Please choose a hotel that suits you and make sure to use the promotional code to get the best offer.
Dates
The conference dates are from the 22nd to the 24th of October.
The promotional code is valid from the 20th of October to the 26th of October in case you elect to stay a little early or later.
Budget
We have made sure each hotel on the list has options for under $110, you can choose whichever room type suits you and your personal budget.
How to book
1. Find a property that looks good to you from the list below, click the picture or read more.
2. Review the hotel information and pictures.
3. To book put in the booking dates on the top of the booking engine
4. Put in the ESEF2019 promocode
5. Chose the room you want and select one room from the drop down box
6. Click book now, if REQUEST is showing you will need to find another room or hotel as the room is booked.
7. Fill in your details and card information and confirm your booking.
Booking Policy
All reservations are final and non refundable. If you do not show up for your reservation your card will be charged.
You will be asked to pay the booking amount on arrival to the hotel.
